"If you could see the results of your efforts before you started, you would most likely do what was needed”

Step 1 – Don’t starve your body! Feed it with a balanced diet to make sure you’re getting the right amount of vitamins and minerals. Consult a nutritionist in your area for advice as everybody’s body is different. (Even if it cost you $50 - $150 bucks, it’s money wisely invested).

Sex as Fitness - Do you get enough [Take the online Poll]

A recent study of 51 men between the ages of 20 and 47 years has suggested that a regular does of intercourse helps keep a heart. Of the 51 men tested, the men who had sex more than 15 times per month had a lower blood pressure average and signs of a stronger heart, than guys of the same age and fitness level who only had sex less than 9 times per month.

Muscle Tricks - Faster & Bigger

The key to building bigger muscles is to employ as many muscles fibres as possible. The muscle fibres that decrease your strength the quickest are your biggest muscle fibres. These muscles fatigue the quickest and as a result slow your reps down. By using the triple set method you are maximising the use of these muscle fibres in each set. As a result increasing your muscle size & build more effectively.

How it works: You will need to choose a weight that allows you to do 10-14 reps.
Now perform each rep as fast as possible making sure you keep perfect form with each rep. As soon as you feel like your speed is starting to slow – STOP THE SET - Make sure you don’t go to failure. Rest for 30 sec and then repeat the set. Rest another 30 seconds and repeat once more.
Now rest for 180 sec and repeat the triple set again.

When we stress-out a hormone called Cortisol is produced, this hormone can be bad for your health if elevated for long periods of time.

Over eating as a stress-coping habit can also add to the damage. What do you do when you’re stressed? Eat, Drink, smoke, or just worry more? Take a vote on our online poll to see how common your stress-coping habits really are.
