How to Build Muscle Safely


Many people idolize figures such as Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarnegger, but it takes a long time to build muscle that will make you look like an idol like these two.   Therefore, many people who want to build muscle instantly utilize steroid use and other unhealthy practices that can cause long term health problems and actually build muscle that quickly declines when the steroid use ends.

However, if you have determination and a severe drive to become a body builder, there is a healthy safe way to build muscle that may take more time, but will last much longer so long as you maintain your muscle mass.   Unfortunately, there is no shortcut you can use to build muscle that does not involve hitting the gym nearly every day.

In order to build muscle, you must plan to workout at least 3-4 times a week using strength training to build muscle mass.   Add in 3-4 cardio workouts to help stretch and maintain muscle mass, and you can quickly see that body building does not happen overnight.   However, once you achieve your goal you will be completely healthy so long as you eat protein and continue to work out.   Thus, through hard work and determination you can build muscle the healthy way.
