Your Muscles can be enlarged – make BIG muscles
Probably every young man dreamed to have a beautiful, sporting and
athletic figure. But not all of them want to go in a trainer hall or in some
sporting section. But unfortunately other method to purchase a muscular,
attractive figure does not exist (or may be to gladness).
Certainly, you may not look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, because he, besides the heaviest trainings, adopted very strong preparations of anabolisms, but everybody has a chance to improve his outward appearance . The main thing is to decide, and to come in the gymnasium! At first, when you see the enormous people there maybe you’ll think that you will never be such a superman, but remember - they also began from a zero!
But at the same time, there is a deceitful opinion, that muscles can be coached
only for 1, 2 or 3 months. Only sportsmen can so quickly restore a sporting
form or gifted physically people, but there are very little such people. As
soon as come in a trainer hall, many people made the same large error - at once
begin to lift heavy, maximal weight.

heave up the large weight, but your tendons and copulas, by which muscles are

large weight and a trauma, tear of copulas or violation of cartilages of joint,

At first it is necessarily needed to knead all joints, copulas and to warm up muscles well, preparing them to the large loading and to begin gradually to load the muscles with small scales. Arnold Schwarzenegger wrote in his autobiography how he loaded muscles in the most first day of trainings and that on the next morning hardly got up from a bed. He could not even after breakfast bring a spoon to the mouth, because of the pain in the muscles. So to prevent this to happen to you, it is necessary to begin trainings gradually.
At first in general it is better not to load yourself
with large scales. It is necessary to try to alternate a training of different
muscles on days, i.e. one day to train hands, shoulders and breast, and in
other day to train leg, back.
The best
graph of trainings for the beginner is two or three times per a week, so
muscles will be better restored and will better rise! All sportsmen use meat in
their feed, as well as
milk foods,
vegetables
and fruits.
