Steel muscles – is it possible
The type of a constitution
gives a general characteristic of an organism. Basically it is defined by
structure of a skeleton and of a quantity of fat and muscular fabrics, which
cover it. By means of a diet and trainings it is possible to transform
appearance of a body beyond recognition, but after a cancelling of a diet and
termination of the trainings it will return to the initial shape. Here are
examples of three types of a constitution according to the theory of doctor William
H. Sheldon:
1. Mesomorphs differ with
muscles, which by nature (without trainings) are strong and appreciable, and
with almost full absence of fat. The trunk is strong. The bones are thick,
muscles - volumetric. People with such constitution are most of all capable to
successes in bodybuilding. How beautiful muscles will be – this is another
question, but the potential for growth and forces is huge. Sometimes happen ectomorphic
Mesomorphs and endomorphic Mesomorphs, therefore not all people with a prevalence
of a Mesomorphic component can increase equally large muscles. But at all of
them the potential to escalating muscles is much more, than at all others.
2. At the typical endomorphs the
body is plump and soft. They have a lot of fat. Such people usually do not like
to go in for sports. In endomorphs, which wish to change a structure of the
body, there is something from non- endomorphic types. But even they hardly
achieve results in bodybuilding though it is necessary for the
"classical" endomorphs to work more hard. However, for any
bodybuilder- endomorph it is complex to achieve athletic changes in the body.
This is because it is necessary to get rid of the superfluous fat. And this
business is very uneasy.
3. Ectomorphs have a thin
body and long bones, fragile structure; it is not enough fat and the muscles
are lean. The pronounced ectomorph slightly predisposed to bodybuilding.
Typical ectomorphs in sports halls are little, though such come across also. As
a rule, at ectomorphs, which try to change him by means of bodybuilding, there
are features inherent in other types; they also enable them “to heap up a
weight” more quickly, than it do the pronounced ectomorphs.
So use what the nature has
given to you. Be assured: you can change yourselves no matter with what a low
level you have to begin. The most important part of a body - is its head. If
