The first step to weight loss is taking control of the situation. You need to know how and why you want to lose weight. You can not lose weight because of someone else’s request because no matter how much you love them unless you want to do it nothing will get done. Tip #1: Be aware of what you put in your body

Do you ever stop and ready what many of the processed foods are putting in your body? Many contain high sugar which is screaming for the onset of diabetes, high sodium which is related to heart attacks and of course high carbs and let’s face it who needs more carbs? Read the labels of the foods you are buying. You might just find yourself in the produce section where the food is much better for you.

Tip #2: Be dedicated to fitness

For so many people this is the hardest thing to do, but let’s be real with ourselves. Dieting is good for you and will help but without exercise and fitness you are not going to get the results you are looking for. If it takes joining a health club to get you going, then do it. Maybe a recruit a friend or loved one to exercise with you will help.

No matter what you do make sure that you are losing the weight for you and no one else. Be dedicated to your weight lose and to yourself.
