Save gas and walk or bike
With gas prices being as high as they are these days leave the car in the driveway and opt to take your bike or walk. This is a great way to get your body ready for a day at work. It will wait up your senses and make you feel more alert.

Store Small Exercise Equipment at your Desk
You can store a small weight or stretch band in your desk. During the day take the weight out and do a few bicep curls while working. You can also take out the stretch band place on foot in the handle and pull up with your arm while writing or working.

Ditch the Instant Messages for Face to Face Conversation
Instead of sitting all day chatting with your friend who is 3 offices down get up at least once a day and walk down there. Face to face conversation is always better and so is the exercise
