Maintain a work/fitness balance in your life

Growing up, we all know we have to work in order to survive, but many people do not realize you have to keep up with your fitness regime to survive as well. It is very important to have a work/fitness balance in your life because while your wallet may need cash to be useful, your body needs exercise to be useful as well.

A proper work/fitness balance takes into account that you will probably spend hours a day at work, but you should still have at least twenty minutes a day to get in shape and stay in shape.  You might even considering keeping your work/fitness balance by getting in twenty minutes of cardio during your lunch break. Simply take a pair of sneakers to work with you and make a few circles around the block during your break.

You also can help find time in a your busy work day to keep your work/fitness balance strong by keeping your free weights in the copy room and doing a few curls while waiting for the machine to complete its job.

Any of these activities can be altered to fit into your schedule, simply make sure that when you make time in your day for exercise you remember the work/fitness balance.
