Stress affects all or us, some more than others. A recent study into chronic stress has revealed that worrying about something can take up to 16 years off your life. When we stress-out a hormone called Cortisol is produced, this hormone can be bad for your health if elevated for long periods of time. Over eating as a stress-coping habit can also add to the damage. What do you do when you’re stressed? Eat, Drink, smoke, or just worry more?
